Meditation: loving-kindness 1

A simple meditation technique is given. It is ancient. Being simple, anyone can do it. Being simple, it can open our heart and mind.

1. Settle. Take your time.

2. As Presence comes forefront, state “loving-kindness” in your mind, then release.

3. The sitting is just this. Gentle restate “loving-kindness” occasionally and release.
