Mantra means to protect the mind

Mantra is so useful. As a person navigating one’s day, mantra can keep one focused on truth of being, on generosity of the heart, and keep one’s mind from degradation into worry, anger, jealousy, pride, or covetousness. Mantra can remind one that yes, we share life with all that lives and that by one’s example others will see how to express the shared livingness of existence.

The mantra used in this meditation is:

I am Soul, source of clear light, giver of dynamic life, director of all my intentions. I am Soul breathing.
