Meditation: ah, sharing the vibrations

Our meditative experience is vibrational. It goes out from the meditator effortlessly into the world and his or her immediate environment. Those vibrations of peace or serenity, tranquility or expanse, and so forth also permeate one’s bodies, one’s mind-emotion complex of self, essentially blessing the meditator and all beings around him or her.

We enter a deep meditation in this session and let the vibrations effortlessly vibrate out, in, and all around. For the benefit of all beings because all beings are equal to myself.
