Meditation: complete 2

Exploring wholeness includes wondering about that which tends to be named as something other than a display or feature of intrinsic wholeness such as frustration or pain, worry or anger. Gratitude, joy, genuineness and strength of character: these are easily put into the thought-basket that is considering intrinsic wholeness, but not bothersome thoughts or emotions, relational issues or karma unfolding. Yet, how could we be experiencing anything without it already being within Being?
