Meditation: breath coming and going

This morning’s meditation begins simply like many others we have done, especially this year. The difference, if there was one, was in the participants. Months of being more present to one’s senses, emotions, arising thoughts, and projections have brought benefits to meditation and in one’s life. As a result, when the simple instruction was to be with the breath coming and going, and to relax since the breath doesn’t need the ego’s help, the group field palpably deepened.
