Between cycles of meditation and their particular emphasis, we often take a week-long interlude. I’d like to extend that to two weeks so as to provide time for us as practitioners to experiment with Presence and our senses, mind, and consciousness. Any technique or foci within meditation training could constitute years of practice, and I have done so with some that then we have done together.
