3-day online meditation retreat

Here, Present, Awakened – bodhi: the awakened heart of the mind

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week, Oct. 8, 9,10, the autumn retreat refreshes the theme of the Spring retreat: buddhi/bodhi. Both words are Sanskrit. Buddhi refers to intuitive awareness, non-dual wisdom, and perception that is open to all possibilities. Bodhi refers to being “awakened.” Bodhisattva means “awakened being.” We are that just as the caterpillar innately is the butterfly.

We will use the meditation link used normally for Tues, Thurs, Saturday meditations.
