We begin with a contemplation of change as it has marched through humanity during the decades of our lifetime. We reflect upon the union of difficulty, attended usually with death, and the newness, awakening, and naked embodiment of something precious birthed through and as a result of the difficulty. As human beings, this union is imperative to understand because it seems to be our collective Path.
Then, we meditate on Oneness: our shared, common existence as one with all.
