Simplicity.
Presence is a state of simplicity. One which can be brought consciously to any situation, even the most complex. But, it is only in one’s repertoire if one has experienced simplicity for the reality that it is and Presence for its simplicity of Being.
Simplicity is also keenly acute, unadorned, uncluttered. It is simple.
Learning how to be simple through meditation practice fosters the simplicity and alertness of Presence to infuse the mind, the emotions, one’s tasks, relationships and life. The result – little by little – is Reality.
