Meditation: fullness

All sentient beings have senses. I include plants and stone beings, mountains, rivers, and such as having senses and being sentient.

The senses present a constant richness; that is the nature of experience. Experience and its fullness are the result of the senses. Classically the bases of experience are focused through, what are called, the senses, the sense fields, and the consciousnesses (plural) that are related to each sense. It’s a very full subject. The bottom line is experience itself: coarse, refined, subtle, or profound. And, interestingly, it is the confusion of not noticing the fullness for what it is, in any nanosecond of experience, that causes emotions such as lack, craving, desire, loss, and so forth.

Yet, all the while, we human beings are experiencing a fullness, a richness, omni-directionally, moment by moment, spontaneously.
