Meditation: peace 3 and With the World

A person’s meditation practice might seem to be for that person primarily. Yet, if his or her practice is actually softening and opening their mind to their heart, widening that person’s perspectives, and if their practice results in Present-Moment-Awareness Compassion, then that recipe is benefitting everyone and every situation he or she or they find themselves in. That benefits the world!
