Meditation: breathing

Breathing is life from first to last and every breath in between. Focus on the breath is an root races’ ancient technique for present-moment awareness in order to reveal intrinsic Awareness.

The qualities of Awareness are accessible any moment. Peace or serenity, focus and clarity, discipline and diligence, joy and bliss arise and flow breath by breath. The continuity of breath gentles one into innate serenity. The one-path of breath along the center brings forward one-pointedness, therefore clarity, insight, and right focus. Breath does not deviate. It is naturally disciplined, constant therefore diligent. These qualities and attributes lead to more, hence the natural joy that ensues.

Our meditation is simple. Breathe.
