Meditation: prajna, the principle

There’s a variety of principles that display in the living beings of Earth. An  example is branching. Rivers or water rolling down a window do this. The blood vessels, nerve fibers, the neurological pathways of the synapses in the human brain all branch. Of course, plants do it in the visible parts of the plant, bush or tree as well as the root system. And, branching is only one example of a principle of manifestation here on Earth.

Embodiment is a principle of manifestation also. With that comes the experience of that which is forefront, obvious or blatant and that which is background and less obvious. In meditation training and practice the key is to bring the qualities of Presence/Being/Awareness to the forefront of one’s awareness so as to recognize how much one is not living from that but is living from habits of consciousness.
