Meditation: intimate interbeing

As the bee lands on the flower, all of its needs are met; and the bee enters a nondual state. The duration of that for the bee is shorter than for a human being, but bee-time is not human time. Nondual is nondual.

When a person is in union with any moment, nondual wisdom, prajna, is possible. Moreover, when prajna is the forefront state, then interbeing -nonduality- is being experienced whether on or off the cushion.

Our experience in today’s and previous meditations is our own evidence of how often we are beside our self, not present, not in union in that moment. That is a powerful self-litmus.
