Meditation: trust

Months ago, we learned to notice our senses more fully and the riches of them. Then, Presence and present Awareness were added. Because of the senses, Presence was experienced more fully as well.

We have come to trust that our moment-to-moment experience of life has a plethora of awarenesses to offer. We are learning to trust present Awareness.
