Meditation: heart essence 7 – beyond fluctuation

The meditation that we have been doing for two weeks is one that lends itself to a variety of contemplations within the session, the experience of Present Awareness and compassion for the practitioner, a honing of skill in shamatha, insight due to the contemplative component, and tonglen. Tonglen is a breathing with all beings in the aspiration to ease difficulty through taking it into one’s essence of Being while breathing out Presence and ease to all beings.

We continue with this fertile and in-the-life applicable meditation.
