Meditation: the senses and awareness 1

Here’s our turtle friend. Have you wondered what it’s like to be a turtle? Or a bird, or dolphin, or your pet, or a blade of grass or tree?  The myriad beings, seen and unseen, known and unknown, that are part of Earth have a variety of features in common. Among them is the senses.

This week we examine and experience the senses as displays and expressions of primordial Awareness-Being.
