Moment by moment: day of meditation

A variety of techniques that support moment to moment Awareness were explored and meditated with in sessions b and c of this Day of Meditation. The morning session (a) offered some food for contemplation regarding time and the mind. A few people shared deep insights as well as profound meditative experiences and understandings. May their meditative blessings radiate toward all who use the videos.
