Meditation: taste and awareness 1

The sense of taste includes far more than the flavors crossing our tongue. To set the tone of discovery for this week via the sense of taste, this meditation session guides us through contemplations on things most often not thought of as the result of taste, but absolutely so. We end up in silent meditation after the guided contemplation.

In order not to spoil the contemplation, I won’t write our contemplations but encourage you to sit with this podcast.
