The Heart of Humanity retreat: day 1

Day 1 of a three-day online retreat. You are welcome to join. The schedule and link to join is below.

 

We will use the meditation link used normally for Tues, Thurs, Saturday meditations.

Schedule. All times are Mountain Time:

Thursday, October 8

complete. The videos posted here are Day 1, Oct. 8.

Friday, October 9
8 am MT: Set the focus (bodhi/buddhi – the inner essence of human beings), meditate.
9 am MT: A presentation on bodhi/buddhi: the state and source of intuition and unitive awareness innate within every human being. “Without Characteristics.”

10 am MT: Directed outside contemplation/meditation
10: 45 am MT: discussion
11:00: White Tara representing bodhi and generating Tara for the world
Noon: Lunch for 1 hour

1 pm MT: Instinct, Intellect, Intuition: buddhi
2 pm MT: Here, Present, Awakened: a meditation supporting humanity (and our selves): buddhi again

Saturday, October 10
8 am MT: The heart of the mind (the inner essence of human beings), meditate.
9 am MT: The seat of Awareness

10 am MT: Directed outside contemplation/meditation
11:00: Meditation bodhi/buddhi as protector, guide, refuge, and support (OM Mani Padme Hum)
Noon: Lunch for 1 hour.

1 pm MT: Central Channel/Antahkarana meditation using buddhi/bodhi as the resonating quality with all beings through all time and dimensions
2 pm MT: Here, Present, Awakened: a meditation supporting humanity (and our selves)
