1. Reality, Alertness, Openness: meditation

We begin online advancing meditation practice with experiencing:

  • Reality through Presence
  • Alertness which points to an unwordable quality of Being
  • and Openness which when experienced as it is reveals sameness, impartiality, neutrality, and expansive equanimity.

No words can rouse these within us. But, one can be directed to the simplicity of each and thus to the fullness of Being that these characteristics are reporting.

Within the sitting are multiple mini-sittings transparently strung together. Use any mini-focus through the day: Reality-Presence, Alertness, Openness.
