We sit in the simple, yet vivid, multi-faceted experience of now.
The sensations of sitting, texture of clothes plus the softness of the air on our skin. Breath is flowing, sounds are occurring. Eyes open, visual displays are before and around us, vibrant and unmistaken.
As one is present to the present, the simultaneity of all these experiences softens the usually unitary-focused mind-emotion complex and it opens, relaxing into the truth of the moment: that all is equal; equally present, equally happening, being experienced equally.
Resting in this vivid, open, sense-aware conscious awareness provides freedom or opportunity for inner experiences -already present each moment- to arise within the fullness of equality. All is a sameness of experience: a vivid, neutral, presence and awareness.
