Meditation: healing and transformation

There are many kinds of suffering: physical, emotional, mental suffering, the suffering of worry or doubt, the suffering of poverty, the suffering produced by prejudice and errant views of others, the suffering that is attendant with caring for others or trying to, not to mention war and loss.

Suffering is only factually addressed by boldly dealing with the causes of suffering. Doing that points out the transformation and changes necessary to relieve suffering as well as undo the ongoing causes of suffering.

Let’s walk forward together, breathing new ideas and solutions into our lives and our life with all of the world.
