Meditation: emanating without fringe or center

And, it was important to do so because there are so many ways to meditate or employ meditation instructions. For example, there are sitting and walking meditations that might be using the same principles of practice. Being a musician or artist or inventor are other forms of meditation. Maybe your mechanic is meditating when fixing your car!

The key is simply awareness:  awareness of mind, distractions, excuses, of labeling and judging as well as of goodness of heart and mind, equanimity, joy, presence, and simplicity of being. No matter what one is doing, is one being?
