This week we begin combining components as a furthering of movement, energy, mind, awareness. The components are all familiar and have been used repeatedly before. They are:
- namaste: being used with a slight variation in order to set an intention that one’s meditation session be for the benefit and welfare of others
- confidence: having confidence in one’s intention setting and one’s living of that intention
- settling: we know the Presence/groundedness, peace, clarity/luminosity, and sense of expanse that settling provides
- breathing out: the only new component is to marry the mind with the out-going breath, concentrated yet at ease.
We’ll deepen into all parts and the Whole together.
