Meditation: conscientiousness 6, joy

We visit conscientiousness one more time with the idea of joy. Being thoughtful, mindful, and conscientious brings joy into one’s life and peace more into one’s mind. How? Being thoughtful, one makes fewer mistakes and or misplaces things. Being mindful, one pauses rather than races. These alone provide simple happiness rather than stress.

Conscientiousness helps others, bringing them joy. A person experiences another person’s thoughtfulness just as easily as one feels someone’s lack of thoughtfulness. It’s pretty straightforward.
