Meditation: come and go 1

Breath comes       and goes.   Thoughts come     and go. Mind focuses    and dissipates its focus. Sounds come     and go.

Softening into the cycle of the breath, we have an opportunity: to open to the truth of nature of our ongoing experience of life. It is a ceaseless wave-like experience of arisings and dissolvings.

We don’t recognize it because it’s all we know. Let’s soften and open newly to the ongoing experience of existence. It’s actually quite facinating!
