Meditation: breath 2, feel it

Breathing is both the first act of a living being and its last. Walking is not; talking is not; maybe thinking is not either. But, breathing is.

Breathing is the first sensuous experience a being has, followed -if brought into this world with loving compassion as the culture and model – by the caress and smell of that being’s mother and her milk source.

Thus, to return to breath is to return to first presence.
