Meditation: breathe, peace follows 1

Breath is the foundation of all meditation practices around the world.

  • the breath of God or Divine Feminine
  • Mother Nature breathing
  • the heart’s beat due to the breathe one takes
  • breath as flow, flawless and constant
  • breath as tantra – inseparable components that because they are inseparable there is wholeness and life
  • breath as spacious, as ground, as center, as presence
  • and more could be listed.

We return to breath. We return to peace.
