Meditation: unity, unified

Heart-mind. Bodhimind is a translation of bodhichitta; and although there are many levels of meaning to the terms bodhimind/bodhichitta, they all have two factors in unity and unified: heart and mind.

Heart is universal, is open and genuinely interested. Mind, in this context, is active knowing, genuinely present with all layers of conscious awareness. When unified, heart-mind is vastly greater than its parts; and each can be lived from their intrinsic vastness.

We continue with “natural”, but from this angle in this meditation.
