Meditation: change 5, present mind – liberation

As said in the video introduction, all discoveries simple display that which already is and was to someone. Lewis and Clark did not discover the lands west of the Mississippi; the Native Peoples who lived there knew their lands very well. Inner discovery processes are like this. That which each person “discovers” already was present; we just hadn’t noticed it before.

Currently, we are discovering ‘present mind’ and that, in fact, it “does not remain.” All the while, present mind is all we have, all we are experiencing at any moment and all the time. No being can factually re-live a past event; nor experience a future one. Any experience can only happen now, in this present moment, even the experience of a thought.

Softening and opening to this fact, directly experienced by each of us and thus incontrovertible, is liberating. Watch the video introduction and meditate with us for more.
