Meditation: three minds freshly 2

Three qualities, one mind.

  • common mind: includes all and everything within incarnational-dimensional existence whether one is a frog, sequoia tree, orca, or human being. All sensory processes, forms or types of perception, all analytical and creative processes, discernment, discrimination, appreciation, and relating, plus all emotions, sense of self, and all processes within the rubric of sense of self are common mind.
  • no mind: the spacious interlude between moments, or between thoughts or emotions or sensations. No mind is the gap, the pause, the breath: rich, textured, and full precisely because it is empty of the usual fodder of common mind.
  • luminous; “mind is luminous”: the sparkle, joy, or aha in any moment; the glee, humor, or lightness of being any time any where about anything. Also, Presence, Essence, Nowness and the clarity of such centered, present states of being.

Our meditation session focused on the three always present, in every moment.
