“Heart” might be a misrepresentation of this meditation, but maybe not. Heart means so many things, feelings, plus states and qualities of being. Due to that, this meditation is Heart.

We are called every moment to be Heart, express Heart, support Heart in others, and bring it forward in the world. A tall order? Not for the Heart!
