When and how do you experience lightness of being?
I experience some form of it when playing with my new feline friend, and when driving under the big sky of south-central Colorado and praying its beauty forward, when cooking -having fun creating something yummy from garden produce and spices, when devotion and dedication to undo my dualistic mind well up in any moment -the aspiration being to be able to truly benefit numberless beings. Many situations, various experiences of the lightness of being. All genuine. All real.
