Simple is doable. It can also be or lead to the profound and sublime.
As always, we are noticing the usually not noticed. Currently, it is how three attributes of the luminous nature of awareness-mind are always present. The three are lightheartedness or lightness of being, clarity, and vibrancy. Each of these words can be reworded using synonyms or phrases that might have greater meaning or resonance with oneself. Doing so is -while doing it- utilizing the same three qualities. Lightheartedness is resonance. Resonance is vibrational. And, when the right relation in word or syntax or meaning is found for oneself, that experience is clear: it is the right word.
Every experience and perception we have through the day is replete with these three attributes and their qualities. The Buddha reported, in fact, that all experience and perception by sentient beings is born of the luminous nature of awareness that we experience as mind. “Mind is luminous.”
