Meditation: putting it together 1

We began today with a small recap. Over the last few weeks, two ideas were introduced: namaste and movement, energy, mind, awareness. Namaste introduces altruism, that we are meditation with and for all beings. M, E, M, A invites us to witness the interconnectedness of our thoughts and feelings, perceptions and preconceptions to our actions, choices, and their results. Both assist in awakening to a bigger picture, one of shared existence in which each of us is necessary and our choices substantial.

Meditation helps us transform ourselves; but together we transfigure reality.
