Meditation: equanimity 7, ongoing insights

“Energy follows thought.” A focus on anything organizes one’s attention accordingly. This is something that I love about the facets of meditation and the mandala-like character of anything: an emotion, a perception, the sense of reality or of ‘me’, etc. Having equanimity forefront in my consciousness highlights when I am not in equanimity, which often elicits humor with myself. I’m so grateful for these ongoing insights.
