Meditation: gratitude

Where do all our experiences comes from? From the essential Awareness-Being that we are. How is it that we cognize, muse or be amused, care or get upset about something, choose what to wear or how to answer a question? All of these are manifestations, displays, of the Awareness that we are, the Beingness that we are, the Awareness-Presence that we are.
