Meditation: breathing with humanity 1

No matter what’s happening in one’s life, inner presence is the most effective antidote. Today’s meditation establishes the practitioners in innate inner presence of Being and then, breath by breath invites brother-sister humanity into the same innate presence of Being. We will do this practice of equanimity, clarity, and oneness every session. As you get used to its simplicity and effectiveness within yourself, you will find it easy to drop into this technique for collective well-being, peace of heart-mind, wisdom and compassion through the day; and please do that – for the well-being of all beings.
