We are experiencing that practice brings forward. Meditation practice brings forward the qualities of awareness-being because they are present. The focus on the external and the mundane will draw one’s attention there, and that is necessary to some extent. But, without heart, heart of the mind, without openness, clarity, detachment, insight, and tranquility, one’s day and its tasks are meaningless and worthless. Bring forward awareness-being, and one’s life, its tasks and functions, become ways by which heart, heart-mind, clarity, openness, tranquility, insight, and more effortlessly emanated into the world and seed benefit.
