Meditation: buddhi 11, absorption again

We continue the five-step method of entering into a deep and wide meditative state so that practitioners will experience each step with increasing fullness and ease. That will lead to whatever it does. If, on any session of meditating, it leads to a samadhi/absorption, then you are  experiencing that practice makes deepening possible.

Also, each time you sit and elongate each step, the rich and textured fullness of your experience can be more fully experienced and recognized. This is important because the majority of our day is spent on the surface, noticing just what is necessary for functional reasons. But, in every moment there are worlds within worlds of awareness. Compassion, empathy, and right response lie in the additional space of Awareness.
