Meditation: receive yourself

Soften and open.

When we do this with our body, physical disruptions, pain, and tightness decrease. When we soften and open emotions, troublesome ones dissolve or are less intense, happy ones increase. When we soften and open our mind, it expands, releases pettiness and stuck thoughts.

Our lungs soften and open. Doing so, we breathe and are alive. Doing so, our lungs receive life’s breath and the moment as it is: fresh, unadorned, pure.

Give yourself the gift of truly breathing, truly being. Soften, open, and receive yourself.
