Close your eyes again. Imagine a blue door in front of you. Using your creative imagination, open the blue door and step into a blue room, blue ceiling, blue walls, blue floor – everything blue. Breathe and be in this room for a minute or two. Experience fully and take note of all that you experience (qualities, feelings, thoughts, associated images, etc), just as you had before. After a minute or so, come out of the blue room, take a cleansing breath, and be complete.
