Do an experiment. Read these instructions then take 1-3 minutes to do them.
Close your eyes and imagine a red door in front of you. Imagine going through the door. The room you enter is all red, the ceiling is red, the walls are red. Everything is red. Breathe for a minute or so and and be in this imaginative red room.
How do you feel? What qualities do you experience? Take note of everything – feelings, experiences, heart rate, sense of temperature – simply be open to the experiment.
When you are done, take a few deep cleansing breaths and open your eyes. If you have pen and paper near you (purposefully not a computer), then jot down words that describe the quality of your experience and the qualities that you experienced.
